TAURON WYTWARZANIE SA

The second largest producer of electricity in Poland, with 4 506 MWe of electrical power installed.
We have been carrying out works related to maintenance and modernization of Rotary Air Preheaters for many years. In one of the power stations, we are nearing the completion of a long-term contract, covering the modernization of Rotary Air Preheaters as part of general overhauls of several units, adjusting them to the current requirements regarding emissions and efficiency.

PGE GIEK SA

The company is not only the leader within the lignite mining industry in Poland, but also the largest producer of electrical energy – nearly 38% of annual domestic production, with almost 11 MWe of electric power installed.
For several plants, we have completed modernizations using our own solutions for adjustment systems, general overhauls and replacement of heating units.

EDF POLSKA SA

The EDF Group is the largest foreign investor in the electrical energy and heat production sector in Poland, with a 10% share in the electrical energy market, and a 15% share in the Polish thermal energy market.
For two plants of this group we have modernized and continue to modernize preheaters in order to adapt them to new working conditions, resulting from the development of a flue gas denitrification system.

ENEA WYTWARZANIE SA

Enea is the third largest energy group in Poland. The group includes Enea Wytwarzanie, which is the operator of the second largest power station in Poland. We have been performing maintenance and modernizations of Rotary Air Preheaters for company branch offices for over 10 years.
As a result of the performed works, air leakage into the exhaust gases has been reduced, and the guarantee measurements, carried out by an independent body, proved compliance with the sealing level required as per the contract.

VEOLIA ENERGIE(DALKIA)

The group forms part of Veolia Environment, a French company operating in the energy, water, sewage and waste management sector. It is present in Poland through, for example, combined heat and power plants in Warsaw, Łódź and Poznań.

For many years we have been carrying out maintenance, modernization and servicing of preheaters of a varying scope for plants belonging to this Group, which has helped us to develop and strengthen our position as a Contractor.

PGNiG TERMIKA

This company is the largest producer of heat and electrical energy in Poland by co-generation; it produces 11% of the total heat generated, the leader within that scope in Warsaw.
For one of the plants of this company we have completed modernization of preheaters on a "turnkey" basis, in compliance with contractual terms and conditions, improving the efficiency and operating parameters of Rotary Air Preheaters. .

METSO POWER OY

Metso is a Finnish global company operating in the mining and construction, energy, automatic control, recycling, wood and paper industries.

We have performed maintenance and modernization of preheaters for several Metso customers all over Finland.

GRUPA AZOTY

It is the largest chemical group in Poland, comprised of plants in Tarnów, Puławy, Police and Kędzierzyn-Koźle, which successfully competes with the world's largest chemical companies.

For one of the plants, we have completed several projects of Rotary Air Preheater modernization, in compliance with the operating parameters required under the contract.

GRUPA MONDI

For the plant of one of the leading paper companies in Europe, we have built a brand new Rotary Air Preheater with auxiliary systems, which is part of the installation including a new boiler, electrostatic filter, biomass supply lines and auxiliary appliances..

In the design, we had to take into account a number of conditions regarding heat exchange, flow resistance and size, so as to successfully meet the boiler’s new operating conditions.

In our design, we implemented several solutions, not typical for devices of this type:
- in the heating baskets, we used filling more resistant to pollution, enabling the maximum possible adjustment to exhaust gas and air temperature requirements, as well as flow resistance,
- the Rotary Air Preheater system is controlled directly by the digital control system of the boiler,
- the Rotary Air Preheaters are equipped with two independent drives utilizing a pneumatic transmission engagement mechanism to ensure maximum reliability and availability.
